Gerald R. Buckner is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Utah, Arizona and Nevada. He previously practiced in Michigan and New Mexico as an auditor for two Big Six firms. Experience also includes three years as an internal auditor with Ford Motor Company and two years controller experience.
Retired in 2009, Gerald R. Buckner had been the senior audit partner since he joined our firm in 1981 with over ten years of in-depth corporate and industrial auditing and accounting experience. He was responsible for most of our audit engagements, including numerous governmental audits such as Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah, Moapa Band of Paiutes, Springdale City, and Five County Association of Governments, as well as many other entities.
After joining Hafen, Buckner, Everett & Graff, the firm's audit practice tripled and now consists of over numerous engagements, including four rural electric associations and many governmental entities. Under Gerry's direction, the firm successfully undergone four AICPA peer reviews.
Gerry brought six years of Big 8 experience in auditing and three years of internal audit and general accounting experience to the firm. which he has passed on to the firms other audit partners and managers. |
