George B. Graff

George joined the firm in 1984 becoming a shareholder in 1991. He has extensive experience in business and individual tax planning and preparation, small business accounting and consulting but over the last fifteen years has focused his expertise in the areas of forensic accounting, litigation support, and valuations of closely held businesses.

George earned the special designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in 1994 from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts then went on to become certified in business valuation (ABV) and financial forensics (CFF) with the American Institude of Certified Public Accountants. George has experience in valuing businesses and performing forensic accounting and litigation support for many purposes including the  purchase or sale of business, franchise evaluations, estate and gift taxes, buy/sell agreements, succession planning and divorce.

He has experience in valuing businesses in a broad spectrum of industries that includes Mineral extraction & Manufacturing, Auto Dealerships, Tire Stores, Auto Service, Construction, Food Service, Funeral Directors, Retail, Transportation, Health Care to name only a few.

George is also certified to perform appraisals of all types of machinery and equipment. He holds the designation of Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) which he earned from the NEBB Institute.
