Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Utah since 1981.

H. Wayne Everett has worked for Hafen, Buckner, Everett & Graff since 1979. He first served as a staff accountant with our firm for eight years performing audits, compilations and reviews. He also prepared tax returns and performed other general accounting services for various clients.

Because of his dedication and hard work, Wayne became a shareholder in 1987. He is now responsible for planning and conducting audits for various governmental clients, including a county, school district, mental health center and a utility company. Wayne is responsible for numerous tax clients, including individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts. He prepares and supervises the preparation of compiled and reviewed financial statements. Wayne is also responsible for the firm's continuing professional education (CPE) and internal inspections.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a past president of the local chapter of the Utah Association of CPA's.
