George has seventeen years of experience in public accounting; he became a shareholder with Hafen, Buckner, Everett & Graff in 1991. He has extensive experience in business and individual tax planning and preparation, small business accounting and consulting, and valuations of closely held businesses.

George is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (the largest organization of business valuators in the world). He has experience in valuing businesses for:

purchase/sale of a business
financing
franchise evaluation
estate and gift taxes
buy/sell agreements
succession planning
divorce

He has experience in valuing businesses in a broad spectrum of industries including:

mineral extraction & manuf.
auto dealerships
construction
food service funeral directors
retail
transportation
health care

He currently serves on the CVA examination grading committee of NACVA. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a past president of the local chapter of the Utah Association of CPA's.

He supports the local community as a member of the St. George Lions Club.
