Tadd began his career with our firm while attending college, and became a shareholder in 2001. He has extensive knowledge of computer
software, experience in preparing Compiled and Reviewed financial statements, and preparing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
Tadd’s valuation expertise reaches across a vast number of industries including Mineral Extraction & Manufacturing, Auto Dealerships, Construction, Food Service, Funeral Directors, Retail, Transportation, Health Care to name only a few.
He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and has experience in valuing businesses for purchase/sale of a business, financing franchise evaluation, estate and gift taxes, Buy/Sell agreements, succession planning and divorce. |
