Sarah Helm is hands down the best payroll professional I’ve worked with. She is fast, accurate, and incredibly dependable. If I call and miss her, she returns the call within minutes. When I email, she responds quickly and most of the time the issue is already handled. She knows payroll laws thoroughly and gets things done right the first time. I never have to worry about delays, confusion, or endless follow-up questions. Working with her gives me real peace of mind. She care about her job and clients and is always upbeat! Highly recommend.

I have had an excellent payroll experience working with Sarah at Hafen Buckner. From the very beginning, she has been nothing but professional, responsive, and truly invested in our success. I can’t say much about how they’ve done my taxes. We will come to find out, but I expect they will do well. I’m really leaving this review for Sarah helm. I am a first time business owner and have asked her to do more than I probably should expect her to do, but she has always emailed me back timely respectfully and happily she has helped me answer so many questions and never got annoyed with me. I know I probably have asked her to go above and beyond and she’s done it every time. I’m so thankful for her and her help.

This accounting firm really cares about each of their clients. We originally went in to get caught up on our bookkeeping and within no time our accountant Nate Bybee got us caught up. That was over 3 plus years ago and we now have them take care of a few of our businesses and they do an excellent job. In fact, they contact us if anything needs attention and keep us on track. Highly recommend Nate and his staff and you won’t regret it. We now can focus more on our businesses and leave the bookkeeping to the professionals.
